This role is ideal for an experienced Transport Planner who is ready to take on more project ownership, lead client-facing work and support the development of junior team members. You'll work on a broad range of development-led transport projects, managing deliverables, overseeing technical outputs, and contributing to sustainable, high-quality transport planning solutions for major clients. With a collaborative, high-retention culture, you'll take an active leadership role while continuing to broaden your experience across Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, access strategies, junction modelling and client engagement. Role: Working within a small, growing team, you will: Lead on preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans and technical reports Oversee junction modelling work using ARCADY/PICADY Manage projects, including budgets, timelines and client communication Review and approve planning drawings including access design, visibility splays and swept path analysis Attend and contribute to client meetings, consultation events and local authority discussions Mentor junior staff and guide their technical development Prepare fee proposals, tenders and support business development activity Requirements: ???????
