Product Manager – Communications Technology/ DevicesCambridge area | On-Site | Permanent | Full-timeAre you an experienced Product Manager ready to lead the full lifecycle of innovative tech solutions in a global communications environment?We’re working with a forward-thinking, international technology leader delivering mission-critical communication systems. As they continue their growth journey, they’re looking for a driven Product Manager to take ownership of key product lines, from inception through to end-of-life, with full responsibility for strategy, roadmap, and commercial success.About the RoleThis is a strategic role within a collaborative Product Management team. You'll be central to shaping the product roadmap and ensuring it meets customer needs across a global client base. From gathering user feedback to translating technical requirements, you’ll bring together internal teams, external customers, and commercial goals to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.What You’ll Be DoingLead the full product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery and in-life performanceOwn product P&L and drive return on investment across key offeringsTranslate market insights into clear, actionable product requirementsWork with internal departments including engineering, sales, marketing, customer service and bid teamsPresent product vision and strategy across all levels of the businessAttend industry events, gather market intelligence, and research competitor offeringsManage roadmap planning, budgeting, and feature prioritisationRegular UK and occasional international travel involved (valid UK driving licence required)Key Skills & Experience RequiredWe’re looking for a commercially astute, technically aware Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments:Essential:Minimum 5 years of Product Management experienceDegree in Engineering or related technical fieldExperience with LTE technologies or connected hardware productsProven leadership and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teamsStrong analytical and decision-making ability, balancing customer need with commercial viabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearlyStrong attention to detail, process ownership and documentation skillsCapable of working independently and within global teamsComfortable managing multiple products and shifting prioritiesAdditional Info:Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
