Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and collaborative Laboratory Operations Group Leader to provide strategic and people-focused leadership within the US DMPK Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment and is passionate about guiding teams, driving cross-functional alignment, and fostering continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provideday-to-day leadershipand guidance to team members, supporting their development, performance, and engagement. Foster acollaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and accountability. Serve as aliaison between scientific teams, global stakeholders, and external collaborators, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines. Identify and implementprocess improvementsto enhance team efficiency, communication, and adaptability. Monitor team training and compliance, ensuring readiness and adherence to internal standards. Support strategic planning and resource allocation in collaboration with department leadership. Navigate ambiguity and evolving organizational structures with resilience and clarity, helping the team stay focused and aligned. Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives, advocating for team needs and contributing to broader departmental goals.
