Job DescriptionProduct Manager | Cambridgeshire | Up to 60,000Take charge of meaningful tech, hands-on product ownership in a stable, growing company.Into real-world tech that makes a difference?This isnt some abstract, high-level product role. Youll be close to the action, talking to users, helping engineers, supporting sales and shaping products that genuinely protect people and the environment.Youll lead the charge on a growing range of products from concept to market to ongoing support. Its a full-time, office-based role near Cambridge, with some occasional travel.What Youll Be DoingFully own the product lifecycle, maintaining current products and launching new ones.Talk to users, internal teams and partners to understand needs and opportunities.Define product ideas, build business cases, and develop product roadmaps.Work alongside R&D and ops to deliver reliable, well-built products on time.Equip the sales team and partners with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.Keep tabs on market trends and the competition, feeding insights into product planning.Lead and support the technical customer support function for sensors.What Youll NeedSolid product management experience, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.Technical understanding or a keenness to learn of detection tech.Confidence working across teams and geographies; good communicator, clear thinker.Organised, decisive, and able to handle competing demands.Some experience with market research, business cases, or data would help.Who Youll Be Working WithYoull be joining a long established, fast-growing company that designs and manufactures tech used in safety critical environments around the world.
