About the Role Youll be the welcoming face of our Cambridge HQ, making sure contractors and guests are properly coordinated, health & safety records are up to date, and office logistics (like supplies and room bookings) are handled with care. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves working with people, and wants to make a visible impact on a growing company. What You'll Be DoingManaging visitor bookings and inductions ensuring a smooth and professional experienceCoordinating site access, contractor checks, ID verification and travel logisticsOrganising meeting room schedules, office supplies, catering, and event prepSupporting site compliance records including H&S, maintenance, and documentationHandling general admin tasks and acting as the first point of contact via phoneWhat We're Looking For2+ years experience in a facilities, admin, compliance, or front-of-house roleExcellent organisational and communication skillsA helpful, approachable attitude calm under pressure, always one step aheadStrong attention to detail and pride in keeping things orderlyConfident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)Bonus: exposure to a technical or high-compliance environment (e.g. engineering, R&D, defence, pharma)Why Join Us?
