I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC House builder, in them with recruiting of a Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in South London. The scheme compromises of Timber Frame houses. As a Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 1st and 2nd fix through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 40 plots to handover. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting, and reporting into the Project Manager on site. You must house building experience and have worked for leading UK house builders, at a fast pace environment and be able to delivery units to programme. This is a temp to permanent role, and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate and payments are made via PAYE Umbrella.
