Job DescriptionWe are working with an innovative, fast-paced organisation in the life sciences sector that is seeking a highly organised Quality Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity for someone who thrives in a quality-focused environment while also supporting laboratory operations.This will offer you:A varied role linked between Quality and Lab OperationsThe chance to contribute to the daily operation and continuous improvement of a regulated Quality Management System (QMS)Exposure to a collaborative, cross-functional environment where your ideas are valuedA supportive team and a business committed to continuous learning and developmentYour responsibilities:Support the documentation and close-out of Quality Event actionsCoordinate periodic procedural reviews with internal stakeholdersAdminister and purchase external standardsTrack and report on QMS-related trainingSupport the qualification and oversight of approved suppliersMaintain equipment management systems (calibration, maintenance, alarms, etc.)Coordinate procurement activities and manage purchase orders for lab operationsTrack and update operational records (e.g., incident logs, action trackers)Manage version control and documentation templatesOversee lab access permissions and ensure mandatory training is completedProvide administrative assistance to support lab and EHS complianceWe are looking for:Strong organisational and time management skillsEffective communicator with confidence working across teamsProficient in Microsoft Office and digital systemsExperience in document control platformsA collaborative and detail-oriented approachIdeally, prior experience within a certified QMS (e.g., ISO 9001 or ISO 13485)Exposure to regulated or technical environments is a plus
