We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver highly effective and innovative solutions for our clients.This role is within our Cambridge Commercial Agency Team working within a multi-disciplinary office.Role Responsibilities:Assist with presentations to new and existing clients on the services Eddisons provide.Assist on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless processWorking with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal informationWorking with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systemsHosting market eventsCollaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunitiesAbout You:Experienced Commercial Agent with at least 1 years'Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPointExperience using CRM systems
