This role would suit someone who enjoys being client-facing and playing a part in the continued growth of a successful team.The OpportunityYou will be advising on a broad mix of commercial litigation matters, including:Contract disputesCommercial landlord and tenant mattersCommercial property disputesShareholder and partnership disputesInsolvency litigationProfessional negligence claimsConstruction disputes, including adjudication and arbitrationDebt recoveryYoull be working on high-quality, often complex matters for a diverse client base, including HNW individuals and international businesses.What really sets this opportunity apart is the level of flexibility and autonomy on offer.
