Job Description AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with A highly acclaimed law firm providing world-class client care and extensive legal expertise to commercial and private clients in the UK as they look to grow their Residential Property team in Cambridge.The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Lawyer with 1+ years PQE, either qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.Responsibilities:Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.Offer clear and timely legal advice on all conveyancing matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and associated legal documents.Control transactions from initial instruction to completion, ensuring deadlines are achieved and clients remain fully informed.Handling sales, purchases.RemortgagesTransfers of equityFreehold and leasehold transactions NewbuildsRequirements:High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with initiative.Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong multitasking ability.Clear and effective communication skills.A proactive team player capable of managing your own workload, adapting to changes, and prioritising effectively.Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.They offer a competitive salary + benefits , flexibility of hybrid working, highly supportive & ambitious environment.If you are interested in this role and would like to find out more then please contact Luke Lester at AJ Chambers.
