Job Description Were seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal PA to support a busy, high-performing team. If youre collaborative, dependable, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate client and matter records, including matter openings, engagement documentation, and due diligence supportBuild strong working relationships with clients, ensuring clear and professional communication at all timesDraft, amend, and proofread legal documents; prepare bundles and e-bibles; assist with trial preparationManage busy inboxes, including e-filing, prioritising urgent correspondence, and drafting routine responsesCoordinate meetings, events, and client engagements, including complex travel arrangements with contingency planningSupport business development activities, including pitch preparation, maintaining marketing lists, updating profiles, and taking meeting minutesHandle billing processes, including expenses, pre-bills, final billing, narrative checks, disbursements, and internal transfersEnsure client matter ledgers are fully reconciled and cleared upon closureProvide ad hoc administrative support to fee earners as requiredKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceExceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environmentReliable, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality workProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and address them early
