Senior Project Manager

Job Description Join a leading semiconductor company as a Senior Project Manager, helping to shape and deliver how AI is adopted across a global organisation!This role sits at the heart of our clients AI transformation, driving initiatives that move beyond experimentation into real, scalable delivery. Youll work across technology and business teams to bring structure, momentum and clarity to a fastevolving AI portfolio.Contract detailsContract length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)Rate: 700 per day (inside IR35)Location: Cambridge (hybrid working, typically 2 days onsite)Start date: ASAPKey responsibilitiesLead delivery of AI initiatives from early concept through to production, including AI assistants, workflow automation and agentic solutions.Coordinate delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams, managing risks, issues and dependencies.Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, data and platform teams to ensure scalable and wellgoverned solutions.Translate between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to shape use cases, define scope and maintain momentum.Oversee daytoday project execution, including deployment of new AI agents.Run and facilitate project, delivery and governance meetings.Ensure delivery aligns with Arms broader AI transformation strategy.Key requirementsProven experience delivering AI or datadriven solutions in a realworld, production environment.Strong background in software delivery, ideally with exposure to infrastructure or platformbased initiatives.Experience transitioning from traditional software delivery into AIfocused projects.Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in Agile or hybrid delivery models.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Handson experience with Jira; familiarity with Confluence and Power BI is beneficial.
