Contract: 12 months (extension possible) Working Pattern: 5 days onsite, 40 hours per week Location: Cambridge About the Role An exciting opportunity for a Research Assistant to join a global technology team working on next-generation audio and smart device projects. The role focuses on data collection, experiment coordination, and metadata management within a high-tech research environment. Youll collaborate with engineers, project coordinators, and study participants to ensure smooth execution of experiments and accurate data recording. Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate data collection sessions Assist participants through the study process Record, organize, and validate metadata accurately Manage schedules and assist with lab logistics Take ownership of simple technical setups and experiments Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, psychology, humanities)24 years experience in research or data collection Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Basic programming skills (e.g., Python or R) Interest or experience in audio, sound, or music Experience working with participants or experimental setups Why This Role Be part of a high-performing global research team Work on innovative projects shaping future technologies Gain experience with advanced equipment and real-world studies
