The role involves inspecting, repairing, upgrading, and testing electrical installations to ensure properties meet current safety standards and are ready for re-occupation.Key Responsibilities:Carry out electrical inspections and fault finding in void propertiesComplete rewires or partial rewires where requiredReplace or upgrade consumer unitsInstall/replace sockets, switches, lighting, smoke alarms, and extractor fansEnsure compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition) and Part PConduct testing and certification (EICR, EIC, or Minor Works)Requirements: xjdpvnf NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations2391 Inspection & Testing qualificationExperience in domestic or void property refurbishmentsIf this is of interest please contact our Maintenance team on
