A distinguished law firm in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join their nationally acclaimed team.What You'll Do:If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.As a Senior Family Solicitor in Cambridge, you'll manage complex financial remedy cases, provide expert advice on family law matters, and support junior solicitors while contributing to business development initiatives within the legal industry.You will be entrusted with a varied portfolio focused on financial remedy work whilst also providing counsel on broader family law matters.Provide advice on all facets of family law including divorce proceedings, separation agreements, child arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and associated financial issues.Collaborate closely with colleagues throughout the Family team.Support junior colleagues through supervision and structured training sessions.Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by communicating transparently, understanding their individual needs comprehensively, and delivering bespoke solutions that reflect their best interests.Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives such as case reviews or workshops to advance collective expertise within the department.Represent the firm at external events or seminars to reinforce its standing within the local legal marketWhat You Bring:Minimum 5 years' PQE in family law with expertise in financial remedies.Strong drafting skills and empathetic client communication.Proven ability to collaborate and mentor junior colleagues.What Sets Us Apart:This Times Best Law Firm combines regional roots with national reach, offering flexibility and access to stimulating work across the legal industry. xjdpvnf You will be based in Cambridge.
