LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority based in Cambridgeshire, for an experienced property lawyer to join them on a full-time and permanent basis.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.You will be able to advise public sector and not for profit clients on commercial property, regeneration, and other corporate or administrative matters ensuring compliance to protect the best interests of the client organisations.Previous UK local government experience as a property lawyer is an essential requirement.To apply you will be: An England and Wales qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive with minimum 2 years PQE Able to demonstrate previous experience handling a caseload of commercial property/regeneration matters in a local government environment Able to attend the office in Cambridgeshire on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week in the officeThe salary for this role is 50,790 - 58,168 per annum, dependent on experience.Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
