They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused legal professional to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, play an integral role in the development of client relationships, and contribute to the continued expansion of the firm’s property offering.Key Responsibilities:Handle a diverse range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases (for both landlords and tenants), development work, and property finance.Advise clients ranging from SMEs and investors to developers and commercial landlords/tenants.Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documentation.Carry out due diligence and manage transactions from instruction through to completion.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and legal insight.Work closely with other departments on cross-disciplinary matters.Take an active role in business development initiatives and networking within the local market.Oversee a small team comprising two lawyers and three secretaries, with the opportunity to step into a senior leadership role.About You:Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3–5 years PQE in commercial property law.Confident in managing a varied caseload independently.Strong technical skills with a practical, commercially minded approach.Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a keen interest in business development.Knowledge of the local Cambridgeshire market is beneficial but not essential.What’s On Offer:Competitive salary, reflective of experience and expertise.Hybrid working and flexible hours to support work-life balance.A supportive, collaborative firm culture.Clear career progression pathways, with potential for Directorship or Shareholder status in the future.Engaging, high-quality client work.Please contact if you would like to find out more.
