Workday Time Tracking Consultant

The Planet Group have recently partnered with a leading Workday Partner to support them in hiring a Workday Time Tracking Consultant. As a Workday Time Tracking Functional Consultant you will play a key role as part of an industry-leading team, helping to drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions.Overview:As a Workday Time Tracking Consultant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful post deployment service delivery of Workday solutions for clients.Work closely with team members, as well as working independently and confidently to manage your own workload.Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, specialising and deepening your skill set within one or more functional areasWork closely with the client to understand (their post go-live) requirements and design, build, configure and test the Workday solution, with support from the Lead Functional Consultant on your team.Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team membersBuild an excellent rapport with Cloud Optimisation clients, guiding and assisting them on getting the most from their Workday deploymentDevelop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the Cloud Optimisation team and management as well as external clientsBring insights from your product and industry knowledge, by being innovative and keeping well informed on HR business landscapeRequirements: Advanced analytical and functional skills evidenced by playing a role in projects or in a support environmentCertified in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management preferable, minimum of Time TrackingMinimum 2 years’ experience supporting Workday Time TrackingExposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live)Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, a clear ability to ‘consult’ for and with your clientsThe role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
