We're supporting the recruitment of a Speech & Language Therapist for a highly respected, purpose-built neurological centre in Peterborough.You’ll join a stable and experienced multidisciplinary team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological disorders, Huntington’s, stroke, and TBI. The provider is well regarded for clinical quality, internal development, and continuity of care and a recent “Good” CQC rating.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of residents with complex communication and swallowing disordersConduct specialist speech, language, cognitive communication, and dysphagia assessmentsDeliver individualised treatment plans and contribute to service developmentCollaborate with a well-established MDT (SLTs, OTs, Physios, Psychologists, Nursing & Medical)Provide support to junior staff or therapy assistantsParticipate in audits, governance, and continuous quality improvementCandidate Requirements:Essential:HCPC registered Speech and Language TherapistDysphagia competentExperience working with AdultsStrong MDT communication and team collaboration skillsDesirable: Experience working in neurology, neurorehabilitation, or complex care settingKnowledge of AAC or specialist communication aidsTeam Structure & CultureReport to Therapy Manager (Clinical Neuropsychologist)Multidisciplinary team includes: SLTs, OTs, Physios, Psychologists, Nurses, Consultants, Therapy AssistantsOrganisation wide focus on clinical excellence, internal promotion, and collaborative careSupportive, compassionate, and patient-centred workplace ethosCommutable Locations:Peterborough, Stamford, Huntingdon, March, Wisbech, Oundle, Market Deeping, Ramsey, Bourne, SpaldingInterview Process:Pre-screen call with a member of the talent teamOnsite interview with the Therapy Manager and Lead Physiotherapist + site tour Contact Details:For more information or to apply, please contact Georgia Arnold at Compass Associates: :Compass Associates is acting as a recruitment consultancy for this permanent vacancy.
