Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of complex building services projects across various sectors (commercial, education, healthcare, etc.)Provide technical leadership and quality assurance throughout the design lifecycleCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project executionMentor and support junior engineers, fostering growth and technical developmentContribute to resource planning, fee proposals, and strategic decision-makingStay abreast of industry trends and drive innovation in sustainable design practices?? What We're Looking ForDegree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Proven experience in building services design and project deliveryStrong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoringChartered status (or working towards) with CIBSE, IMechE, or IET preferredProficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, IES, Dialux)A proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing, purpose-driven organisation??
