You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping solutions, driving change, and delivering value across multiple teams and departments.About the RoleAs an Agile Business Change Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements, define solutions, and deliver outcomes that enhance systems and processes. This role combines structured Agile delivery with stakeholder engagement, requiring someone who can balance technical detail with strategic vision.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a proxy Product Owner during Agile ceremonies when neededSupport shaping of product vision, roadmap, and prioritiesElicit, document, and prioritise requirements into epics, features, and user stories (Azure DevOps)Own and maintain the product backlog with clear acceptance criteriaFacilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demosDefine and refine MVPs to deliver incremental valueUse UML to produce use cases, process flows, and sequence diagramsCollaborate with development and QA teams to ensure quality deliveryDrive effective stakeholder engagement and manage conflicting viewpointsSupport testing, documentation, and smooth handover to business usersIdentify risks and feed into risk management structuresCoach and support business experts to adopt new processes and change mindsetsSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environmentsExperience supporting or acting as a Product OwnerHands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps (Boards, Backlogs, Dashboards)Skilled in UML, use case modelling, and process mappingStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps principles, and software lifecyclesExcellent communication and influencing abilitiesAble to work independently and manage workload effectivelyDesirableExperience with Miro or similar collaboration toolsBackground in delivering change across diverse teams and functionsWorking ModelHybrid working between Peterborough, with flexibility built in (8 days per month).KeywordsAgile Business Analyst, Business Change Analyst, Proxy Product Owner, Azure DevOps, UML, Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, Stakeholder Management, MVP, User Stories, Process Improvement
