Disciplined Delivery and Drives Transformation Office CadenceFlawless and timely preparation of all materials for:Weekly TO meetingsTransformation Director meetingsTransformation Steering Committee, ExCom, and other governance forumsMaintains clear visibility of pipeline and potential roadblocks.Knows the organisation, proactively identifies individuals to help eliminate roadblocks.Drives decisions and actions, not just discussions:Performance-manages Workstream Leaders and Initiative Owners to meet deadlines.Enforces a culture of “no lateness, no under-delivery.”Supports weekly TO meetings:Tracks actionsDrives discussionsCoordinates logisticsOwns Transformation Tool (Amplify) and Champions Its UseSchedules and delivers training on the Transformation tool to users.Supports finance and operational teams in adopting new systems.Tracks initiative progress through all pipeline stages using the Transformation tool.Becomes an expert in the tool’s functionality for daily initiative management and overall Transformation tracking.Coaches others on effective use of the tool.Collaborates with external partners on configuration and customisation of enterprise systems and dashboards.Supports data upload processes:Validating, formatting, and mapping historical and operational data.Automates repetitive data processes where possible (experience with automation tools or scripting is a strong plus but not a prerequisite).Ensures system setup aligns with financial and operational reporting requirements.Provides administrative and technical support to ensure system data integrity.Builds, maintains, and presents Power BI dashboards to track rollout progress, adoption, and key metrics.Assists with post-go-live enhancements and issue resolution.Key InteractionsAttends TO and TD prep sessions, drives meeting agendas, and records actions.Works side-by-side with members of the TO to drive the Transformation process.Liaises with Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners as needed.Candidate ProfileHigh-performing analyst.Excellent communication and coaching skills with a structured, problem-solving mindset.Hard-working and able to quickly adapt to new environments and demands.Willing to challenge others and open to being challenged.Comfortable learning new systems and new ways of thinking and acting.Strong grasp of core finance and accounting concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital).Hands-on experience with a Transformation tool (e.g., Wave, Shibumi, Amplify, Anaplan).Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and data modelling.Working knowledge of SQL and data integration workflows.Desires to accelerate career growth through a challenging and rewarding experience.Bonus:Experience supporting ERP or system transformation projects, ideally in a PE-backed business.
