Senior Creative Director

Senior Creative Director / Creative Agency / Permanent / £100K We're working with an established independent full service London creative agency who have been at the top of their game for many years. They work with a mix of traditional and challenger brands, scale ups, and brands who follow sustainable and ethical practices across fmcg, clean label snacks and healthy foods delivering culturally relevant purpose led campaigns across all media. They'd love a new solo Senior Creative Director to come on board and join a small thriving and collaborative creative team. The opportunity here is to take a lead and work towards an ECD appointment whilst still being extremely hands on with ideation and pitches, contributing and inspiring along the way whilst being heavily linked to the agency strategy and senior team. You'll need to be comfortable being a creative lead, able to run a team of CD's and creatives. Not just direction, you'd be responsible for bringing fresh ideas to work and to pitches in an environment that encourages strong opinions, and positive feedback. You'd need to incorporate all of that, from brand strategy to creative across DOOH, video and social concepts and film with potential for TVC.Initially you would predominately be working with one of their lead clients, a large scale fmcg brand going through a relaunch so similar experience is key, preferably in a smaller agency environment but larger network experience will be considered. Someone who is familiar working in 'the demand space', and knows their segments and audience for this space would be great.This is fantastic opportunity for someone who feels ready to step up, you'll need to be someone who can see this role as an opportunity to continue to develop and grow and really enjoy the responsibilities that working so close to the coal face will bring you.
