That means long-term relationships, sector insight, and a flexible model that supports the lives we want to build, for ourselves and for our clients.About the RoleWe’re now looking for a new consultant to join our Architecture & Design Pod, focusing on roles across Architecture & Design in the UK. This is one of our most established desks, with strong brand visibility, trusted client relationships, and a constant flow of new project demand. You’ll have the opportunity to plug into live briefs and an active candidate network from day one, but you’ll also have the freedom to shape the desk around your own approach and interests. You might be a qualified architect or designer looking to pivot into a people-focused career, or someone already in recruitment who’s excited about working in a more flexible, entrepreneurial way. What matters is that you’re proactive, personable, and genuinely interested in the built environment. You’ll work closely with the Locri team to:Build and nurture a network of design professionals across your specialist areaDevelop and maintain relationships with studios and clients, from boutique firms to global practicesManage the full recruitment process from first contact through to offer and onboardingContribute to Locri’s brand through market insight, social content, and thought leadershipCollaborate with a supportive, experienced team while building your own high-performing deskOur model is simple: you keep 80% of what you bill.
