Job Description

My client is a small and friendly food production business based in March. They are looking for a Trading Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Trade team. Main duties include:Liaising with yard team on loading and grading requirementsPrinting all documents required for the yard and officeLiaising with hauliers to ensure efficient collection and deliveriesKeeping accurate results of all grading and deliveriesManaging the trading sheet administration systemKey requirements for the role include:Experience of produce industry, preferably freshExcellent admin skillsIT skills – Sage and ExcelExcellent communication skills – verbal and writtenAble to understand the dynamics of the produce sectorsAble to work in a small team and be very hands onThis role is based full time in the March based office.
