Job Title: Aftersales Administration SupportDepartment: IQS Support OperationsLocation: Carl Zeiss Ltd, LutterworthReports to: Customer Support ManagerSalary : Competitive OverviewCarl Zeiss Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aftersales Administration Support professional to join our dynamic IQS Support Operations team in Lutterworth. This is a key role supporting service operations with contract management, invoicing, and engineer scheduling. You will work across both Service and Applications support, helping to streamline our processes and clear existing backlogs.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess service quotes and manage contracts efficientlyRespond to issue requests, raise service cases, and proactively manage case progressSchedule engineers for installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasksMaintain and monitor shared email inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responsesAnswer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathyLiaise with internal departments and external customers to support smooth operationsAssist with both inbound and outbound deliveries when requiredCarry out general administrative duties to support the wider service teamOrder spare parts and ensure timely fulfilment of service needsHandle and manage customer complaints professionally and in line with company proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience:Experience using Salesforce ServiceProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to stay organised and work efficiently in a fast-paced, pressurised environmentProactive, curious, and solution-orientedA great team player with a positive and professional attitudeDesirable (but not essential):Familiarity with SAP S/4 and/or SAP CRMExperience with engineer scheduling and service contract managementWhy Join ZEISS?At ZEISS, you’ll be part of a global company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
