Our client, a leading Facilities Services provider to the commercial building industry, has recently secured a new contract and is now recruiting a Fabric Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of sites across the region.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day Fabric Reactive tasks, ensuring timely response and completion in line with performance KPIsPrevent delays or failures that could lead to Performance Parameter Failure DeductionsManage sub-contractors, ensuring work quality and complianceLead and manage change initiatives across your portfolioPlan and coordinate labour, materials, and project programmesEnsure all works meet statutory and regulatory complianceCollaborate closely with the Helpdesk, Account Director, and Small Capital Works ManagersSupport the production of quotations for Small Capital WorksProvide timely performance-based management reports as requiredAttend and actively contribute to performance review meetingsSkills & Experience Required:A minimum of one trade qualification with significant experience in building fabric and building services project managementSSSTS qualification (or a willingness to obtain)Knowledge of M&E assets and systems Strong SHEQ knowledge or qualification Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple sites For further information on the role and the company you would be working for, please APPLY NOW or get in touch with Rhymel Henderson for a confidential chatJBRP1_UKTJ
