Registered Manager - Supported Living

Job Description We are supporting our client to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a small portfolio of services near Camborne.This is an opportunity for a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support within supported living environments. The services support adults with a range of needs, and the focus is on promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the services, ensuring safe, compliant, and values-led care is delivered consistently.You will:Lead and inspire staff teams across supported living servicesEnsure services meet all regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standardsDrive positive culture, staff development, and retentionOversee care planning, risk management, and quality assurance processesManage day-to-day operations, including rotas and service performanceAct as the main point of contact for external professionals and stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement across the servicesAbout YouPrevious experience as a Registered Manager (or a very strong Deputy ready to step up)Background in supported living, learning disabilities, mental health and/or complex careStrong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and person-centred careConfident leadership style with a calm, supportive approachPassionate about delivering high-quality outcomes for individuals
