Deputy Manager - Supported Living

Job Description We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager on behalf of a supported living provider to support services based near Camborne.This role would suit an experienced senior support professional or deputy manager who enjoys being hands-on, supporting teams, and helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supported living setting.The RoleWorking closely with the Registered Manager, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the services while supporting staff teams and individuals to thrive.You will:Support the Registered Manager with daily operational responsibilitiesLead and motivate staff teams, setting strong standards and positive cultureSupport care planning, risk management, and person-centred support deliveryProvide on-shift leadership, guidance, and support to staffAssist with safeguarding, quality monitoring, and complianceLiaise with families, professionals, and external agencies as requiredSupport staff development through supervision and mentoringAbout YouExperience in supported living, learning disabilities, mental health and/or complex careBackground in a senior support or supervisory roleConfident communicator with a calm and professional approachPassionate about high standards, safeguarding, and team developmentAmbitious and keen to progress within management
