We generate 200+ million EUR in turnover with strong profitability and are owned by the Nordic private equity company Axcel.At The Nutriment Company, we have a highly motivated, ambitious, and fun team that aspires to take our company to the next level, as we expand rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions across Europe.The RoleWe are seeking a Head of Digital Sales to own and scale our UK digital commerce strategy. Youll lead a cross-functional team and work across departments to create seamless, data-optimized online experiences that drive growth, retention, and brand loyalty.This is a high-impact, strategic role for a commercially-minded digital leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.What Youll DoOwn the UK eCommerce P&L (ca. 48M sales) and ecommerce organization.Deliver aggressive growth targets across all digital direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels and digital business-to-business (B2B) channels.Lead and evolve the eCommerce strategy, including UX, CRO, SEO/SEM, email, and performance marketing.Partner closely with Brand, Tech, and Ops teams to ensure an optimized, end-to-end customer journey.Launch new features, A/B tests, and campaigns to improve retention, conversion, and lifetime value.Manage relationships with 3rd-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, fulfillment providers) as needed.Champion data-driven decision-making using customer insights, analytics, and competitive benchmarking.Build and develop a high-performing eCommerce team with a culture of ownership and experimentation.What Were Looking For6+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or DTC operations.Proven track record of owning eCommerce growth and delivering against revenue and profitability targetsStrong leadership and people management skills.Excellent grasp of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), analytics tools, and CRM/email systems.Data-savvy mindset with an ability to interpret KPIs, funnel metrics, and ROI.Strong collaboration skills you know how to influence across functions.Entrepreneurial spirit, bias to action, and customer-first thinking.Bonus PointsExperience scaling eCommerce in a high-growth or multi-brand environment.Background in pet food, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).International or multi-market experience.What We OfferA fast-paced environment where you can truly shape our digital futureCompetitive compensationRapid career development in a private equity backed companyOpportunity to make a tangible impact in a growing companySalary range 70-80KReady to Join Us?If youre excited to lead the next chapter of our digital journey, wed love to hear from you.
