Head of eCommerce (D2C and Marketplaces) Multi-Brand Premium Pet Nutrition Group Surrey (Hybrid) 60,000+ DOE + Bonus + Benefits Are you ready to lead and scale the eCommerce performance of a high-growth, acquisition-led pet nutrition group? Were recruiting a commercially-strong Head of eCommerce (D2C and Marketplaces) to take full ownership of digital trading across a multi-brand portfolio. This role blends strategy, P&L accountability and hands-on trading driving revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value across brand websites and marketplaces. Youll lead eCommerce growth in the UK for a business targeting strong year-on-year channel expansion, with genuine visibility and influence at leadership level. The Role You will own commercial performance and trading across: Multiple Shopify brand sites Marketplaces including Amazon & TikTok Shop A new multi-brand B2B eCommerce platform Subscription and loyalty programmes Leading and developing a small but growing team, you will shape the strategy, build a clear roadmap and ensure delivery of results. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Commercial Leadership Define and deliver the UK eCommerce strategy across D2C and marketplaces Own the full trading P&L revenue, margin, media spend Build and execute a 1218 month digital roadmap including platform and growth initiatives Use data and insights to drive commercial decision-making Performance & Growth Lead weekly and monthly trading reviews Continuously improve CRO, AOV, CVR and customer journeys Oversee performance marketing (internal + agencies) Scale customer acquisition and retention across all channels Subscriptions, Loyalty & CRM Develop significantly under-utilised subscription and loyalty mechanics Create segment-led retention, win-back and CRM journeys (Klaviyo) Maximise CLTV through lifecycle optimisation Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence Lead and mentor eCommerce and trading capability Partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales & Operations to align goals and drive cohesive growth Act as the digital champion in commercial planning forums What Youll Bring Strong track record in senior eCommerce, D2C or digital trading leadership Experience owning or heavily influencing online revenue and P&L Confident working with KPIs: revenue, CAC, AOV, CVR, retention, CLTV Hands-on experience with Shopify and key performance tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Google/Meta Ads) Marketplace management experience Amazon essential Natural leader able to mentor teams through growth and change Thrives in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment where priorities evolve quickly Whats On Offer 70K+ base depending on experience Performance bonus Hybrid working minimum 3 days per week onsite in Surrey (Camberley), flexible hours Product discounts on premium pet nutrition High autonomy and the chance to genuinely shape the future of eCommerce Progression as the group expands its digital capability through further acquisitions If youre excited by owning the numbers and leading digital growth from the front wed love to talk.
