Recruitment Resourcer Location : Camberley Salary 27,000 + Commission Office Based 9am 5pm Monday to Friday Do you want to get into Recruitment? We are currently looking to recruit for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Camberley. We are looking for candidates who have got a confident telephone manner and enjoy building strong relationships over the phone. This role will be a busy and varied role where you will be supporting a team of Consultants and assisting them with their daily workload. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. Youll play a key role in building candidate pipelines, managing job boards, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate pre-screening calls Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms Engage passive candidates and promote roles effectively Support recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages Skills & Experience Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not essential) Strong research and sourcing skills Confident communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Attention to detail and strong organisational skills A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus/commission structure Training and development opportunities Clear progression into Recruitment Consultant roles Supportive and collaborative team environment TPBN1_UKTJ
