Based at our office in Frimley you will be the go-to person for all local HR topics, working closely with the Group Head of HR and the UK Managing Director and local leaders.This hands-on role spans the full HR lifecyclefrom contracts and recruitment to systems and employee support. Its a great fit for you who enjoy variety, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What you will do:Advise and support managers and employees on day-to-day HR topicsPrepare and manage employment contracts and offboarding processesCoordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboardingMaintain accurate employee records and manage data in the HR systemEnsure compliance with UK employment legislation, manage employee relations, and advise on HR policiesAct as the first point of contact for employee relations and performance mattersSupport the implementation of Group HR strategy, projects and processes at the local levelCollaborate closely with Group HR and local leadersWhat you bring:Minimum 23 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business PartnerStrong knowledge of operational HR and UK employment legislationExperience in a multi-site or international environment is a plusStructured and reliable way of working, with strong attention to detailAbility to build trust and communicate effectively across all levelsProactive, curious, and a collaborative team playerComfortable working independently and managing a wide range of topicsWhat we offer:A role in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentRoom to innovate, learn, and take initiativeAn international, collaborative team and entrepreneurial work cultureCompetitive salary and benefitsExcited to take the next step in your HR journey?Join us and be a key part of our fantastic team!
