The project will deliver over 20 new affordable homes across a 4storey reinforced concrete (RC) frame structure on a tight urban site.This contractor has an excellent reputation across residential, commercial, education and community projects, with a strong forward pipeline and longstanding regional presence.The ProjectThis new-build development includes:A 4-storey RC frame residential blockDelivery of 20+ new social housing apartmentsHighquality internals and communal areasExternal landscaping, drainage and associated infrastructureClose coordination with a recognised housing provider and local authorityYou will take full ownership of the scheme from start through to handover, driving programme, quality, subcontractor management and safe delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daytoday site operations across the full lifecycle of the 4m schemeManage subcontractors, trades, engineers and site teamsMaintain programme control, sequencing and buildabilityReview drawings, technical details and coordinate solutionsEnsure compliance with health 'safety and quality standardsWork closely with internal design, commercial and planning teamsChair progress meetings, produce reports and liaise with client representativesOversee snagging, QA processes and handover documentationIdeal CandidateExperienced Project Manager or strong Senior Site Manager from a main contracting backgroundProven capability delivering residential or social housing projects, ideally RC frameExperienced taking schemes in the 3m8m range from start to completionStrong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractorsAble to interpret drawings, coordinate design queries and problemsolve on siteSMSTS, CSCS (Manager Level), First Aid desirableWhats on Offer66,000 75,000 salary + car allowance + full packageA key leadership role delivering a meaningful, communityfocused developmentSupport from a respected Hampshire-based contractor with a strong reputationLong-term career progression and future project pipelineA stable, wellstructured business with repeat clients and local presenceIf youre interested in this opportunity, please apply via the link below or contact James Mitchell at the Southampton Hays office for a confidential discuss # 4776713
