As a result, this role is officebased, and proximity to the companys site is important.Your new roleYoull play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring robust controls, and driving performance across a business that thrives on innovation and delivery excellence. Core responsibilities include managing month-end close, producing accurate management accounts, overseeing cash flow and forecasting, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, and implementing effective financial controls. Youll also lead budgeting and cost analysis, support project profitability reviews, and provide clear financial insight to the leadership team.What you''ll need to succeedWere seeking a proven leader with strong controlling skills and experience in contract/project accounting as an ideal. As a fully qualified accountant, youll need to be proactive, hands-on individual with strong end-to-end experience across financial & management reporting, VAT, payroll and ledger management.
