Internal Sales Coordinator – 12-Month Maternity Cover | Calne, Wiltshire£25,000 + Incentive BonusAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and confident Internal Sales Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Calne on a 12-month maternity cover contract.This full-time office-based role will see you supporting customers with order processing and ensuring excellent service from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Procurement and Production.Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am–5.15pm, with an early finish at 5.00pm on Fridays.Package & Benefits:Base salary £26,500Incentive bonus schemeFull-time hours with early Friday finishOn-site role within a supportive team environmentKey Responsibilities:Answer customer enquiries via phone and process quotations and orders accuratelyTake ownership of orders, from entry on SAP through to deliveryLiaise with Production and Procurement to manage outstanding orders and resolve issuesGenerate and send quotations promptly, following up as requiredIssue order confirmations and ensure customer acknowledgementProvide support to the external sales team, ensuring quotes are prepared and sent promptlySkills & Experience:Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, though not essentialApplications welcomed from candidates with retail or hospitality backgrounds seeking a move into a corporate environmentConfident, articulate and enthusiastic communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with strong attention to detailFamiliarity with SAP Business One or similar CRM/order processing systems is desirable but not essentialMinimum GCSE Grade C/4–5 (or equivalent) in Maths and EnglishThe Company: With over 50 years of industry expertise, our client is a leading UK manufacturer renowned for their strong reputation and proactive, positive culture.
