This role offers great shifts with enhanced pay rates.Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.Benefits of the Quality Controller:Employee Benefits Package.Monthly voucher incentives.Pension contribution.Free Parking.Wellness and health package.Healthcare support.Online payslipsWeekly Pay.Job Duties of the Quality Controller:Adherence to all organisational policies, management systems and standard operationalprocedures.Perform quality checks and report findings throughout your shift to ensure all quality checks are fully compliant.Perform testing, visual inspection and support the activities of the manufacturing department toassure full compliance with all established SOPs.Work with operational teams to continually improve compliance and performance of productsAssess, investigate and report issues, reporting and segregating any non-conforming productsEnsure that laboratory testing is carried out at the start of every new start up and frequency asset within relevant standards, procedures and processes.Ensure frequent dimensional checks are carried out and recorded on the companysystem, adhering to the relevant tolerances as required under international standards and promptly reporting any failures to the shift supervisor.Maintain the Quality Department to a high standard adhering to procedures and policies keeping all areas clean, tidy and safe.Additional Information for the Quality Controller:3 on 3 off rota systemRotational 06.00 - 18.00 then 18.00 - 06.00.13.68 for Days.15.14 for Nights.Immediate starts.If you are interested in this position please contact us today!TPBN1_UKTJ
