Join our dynamic Technical team at The Cornwall Bakery as a Process Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in launching high-quality products and leading a skilled team of technologists.Lead and manage the Process, Packaging, and Senior Technologist teams to deliver successful product trialsEnsure all documentation and specifications are completed in line with customer and site critical pathsOversee the Recipe Professor Project workflow and ensure timely completionCollaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teamsManage customer pre-production visits and ensure quality standards are metThe Ideal CandidateWe believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
