Youll manage contractors, drive continuous improvement and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budgetsupporting business growth while reducing energy use and environmental impact.Scope, plan and deliver engineering and capital projects from concept through to completionManage contractors, permits to work and site governance, ensuring legal and safety complianceDrive process improvements and implement best-available technologies to improve efficiencyControl project budgets, schedules and risks, providing clear reporting and KPIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety and stakeholder alignmentThe Ideal CandidateWe believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: -HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations4+ years experience in project engineering or project management within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of health & safety, compliance and quality systemsExperience managing contractors and working with engineering drawings (e.g. AutoCAD)Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) and food safety/H&S certifications (desirable)We also want you to thrive in an engaging and inclusive work culture where you will have the opportunity to take on personal accountability and take pride in your work.
