You will ensure compliance with food safety, health 'safety, and environmental standards while delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Scope, plan, and deliver engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Manage contractor performance, permit-to-work systems, and compliance with safety standards. Prepare and control project budgets, including capital expenditure and ROI reporting. Identify and implement best available technology to improve efficiency and reduce carbon footprint. Maintain accurate records, reports, and KPIs for audits and internal reviews. The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: - HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline with proven experience in manufacturing operations. Strong project management skills, including budgeting and contractor control. Knowledge of legislative requirements, food safety standards, and health 'safety practices. Proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft Office, CMMS, and AutoCAD. Lean Six Sigma (White or Yellow Belt minimum) and experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
