This is a standalone business partner role, pivotal in driving financial performance and supporting strategic growth through a major capital investment programme. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning processes for the site. Drive continuous improvement through financial analysis of major site initiatives. Support and challenge overhead and labour control via structured monthly reviews. Partner on capital investment planning and post-implementation reviews. Provide financial leadership for integration projects and ad hoc performance analysis. The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
