As a Senior Development Chef, youll lead exciting product development projects, wow our customers with market-leading creations, and help drive our strategic growth. Lead NPD and EPD for the M&S account, identifying opportunities to grow and innovate. Deliver high-quality concepts and recipes from idea to launch, ensuring feasibility and scalability. Stay ahead of food trends and translate insights into commercially viable products. Organise and present food samples internally and externally, showcasing creativity and flavour. Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Operations, and Commercial teams. The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: - Proven experience as a chef or product technologist, ideally in chilled food manufacturing. Strong culinary skills with the ability to deliver high-level cooking demonstrations. Creative mindset with a passion for food trends, packaging, and consumer occasions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Recipe Professor systems; full driving licence required. Flexible, proactive team player with strong presentation and communication skills.
