Job Description Main Purpose of Your JobAs a Nextbase Ambassador within our Customer Support Contact Team, you are the first point of interaction with our customers.Being able to handle our customer queries effectively will require a mix of patience, clarity, problem solving skills and providing the best product knowledge possible.We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented individual to join our passionate and skilled team as a Customer Ambassador.Main ResponsibilitiesBe the Voice of Our Brand: Engage with customers through phone, email, and live chat, leaving a lasting positive impressionClear communicator: Jargon free, straightforward solutions, guiding our customers with ease and confidenceActive Listener: Keep track of the stories and solutions by maintaining accurate records in our CRM toolsCollaborate and Conquer: Work together with your team to smash targets and elevate customer happiness to new heightsSkills and experience1 year of experience of working in a customer focused environment preferredYour relationship-building prowess and interpersonal skills are brilliantYour communication is powerful and persuasive, capable of influencing customers and your colleaguesAble to demonstrate a capability in problem solving, decision making in time sensitive situationsWith a professional, positive approach, your can-do attitude, self-motivation, and readiness to go beyond are what make you stand outYou are firm in the face of pressure, adapting your methods with grace and wisdomStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervisionWays to stand out from the crowdKind-hearted and cool headed: Empathetic and understandingTech proficient: Whether it is CRM software or MS Office, you can use with easeProblem-Solver: You love a good challenge and approach problems with a can-do attitudeOn the Tools: Using multiple different tools to enhance our customer experience efficientlyEager Learner: You are not just looking for a job; you want to make a differenceShift Patterns on a rota basis8-16:30 or 9:30-17.301 in 4 Saturday morning 8-12:30pm.
