If so, then please read on!The basics:Job Titles: Quality Manager Automotive Hours: Monday to Thursday (8.00am-4.30pm) and Fridays (8.00am-1.00pm)Contracted Hours: 40 per weekLocation: CaerphillySalary: Up to 60,000 DOEHolidays and Benefits: 27 + 8 bank holidays, company pension, life insurance Structure: Reporting to the Site Director you will be lead Quality Manager on site, supported by a team of Quality Engineers & Inspectors.Overview:Working for a large manufacturing business that have plants across the globe, we now require a Quality Manager to join the business to ensure quality procedures for the business are maintained to the highest standards.The ideal candidate / Quality Manager may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:Manufacturing and Quality experience in a fabrication, machining or special process background.Knowledge of common inspection equipment used in fabrication and machining.Good understanding of ISO9001:2015; TS16949:2016 beneficialKnowledge of problem analysis methodologies (i.e. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)Location: Bedwas, Caerphilly, Newport, Cardiff, Pontypridd and Surrounding Areas.If you are interested in the Quality Manager role, please apply immediately due to the urgency of this role.
