Multi-Skilled Technician - JoineryAll candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.In some organisations this role is called Joiner37 hours per week, based in Preston34,286.89 per annum, 37 hours per week (17.77 per hour)Plus the ability to earn more via standby and callout.What will you be doing in this role?You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won't have to travel far. You'll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.What we are looking for in youWe are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do.The main things:You'll have at least NVQ L2 in joinery or equivalentYou'll have experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties and a good understanding of health and safety.You'll have good IT skills to take job information off a mobile deviceYou'll have a full manual driving licenceIt would be nice if you also had:Experience of carrying out basic repairs in other trade e.g. tiling, plumbingWhy work at Community Gateway?We are a values-based organisation who truly care about our employees, their health, safety and wellbeing.
