Administrator - Weighbridge

A.W. Jenkinson Forest Products are looking for an Administrator to work at our Head Office, Clifton, near Penrith as part of our Weighbridge Team.Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Daily duties will include a range of data input, responsibility for issuing and receiving correct drivers paperwork, operating the weighbridge system, answering the telephone, and managing customer queries. Although working in a small team, the successful applicant will (at times) work alone and must show initiative, be motivated and hardworking. This is a vital role within AWJFPs operating infrastructure, so good time keeping is essential. Full training will be provided.The successful candidate will have some general administrative and data input experience but must be computer literate.This is a full-time position. The number of hours worked per day, and shift pattern can be agreed with the successful candidate, as we may be able to offer some flexibility. However, we do require Monday to Friday. There will be a requirement to work some Saturday mornings & occasional Public Holidays (which would be on a rota basis) and reasonable overtime if required.
