Electrical Lead / ManagerExperience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.Red Lodge, SuffolkCirca 65,000 + Company EV + Pension + 24 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)Are you an experienced Electrical Manager ready to take full ownership of a growing division?We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding construction group seeking an ambitious Electrical Department Manager to lead and grow its electrical division. With current turnover at 3.5m and clear plans to increase this to 5m+, this is a key strategic appointment offering real influence and long-term progression. The RoleBased in Red Lodge, with travel across East Anglia as required, you will have full operational and commercial responsibility for the Electrical Department.The current team structure includes:1 x Contracts Manager/Estimator1 x Project Supervisor1015 OperativesYou will lead, develop and expand this team while driving profitability and growth. Key ResponsibilitiesSeek out and develop new business opportunities to support divisional growthOversee the day-to-day management of the electrical departmentProduce forecasts, budgets and cost reports for management meetingsLead recruitment, training and staff developmentMotivate and manage employees to drive performanceLiaise with procurement teams and suppliersEnsure full health & safety complianceAct as NICEIC Principal Duty HolderComplete interim valuations and final accountsSupport with loss, expense and disruption claimsAppoint and coordinate external designers for design & build projectsPrepare estimates for new projectsAttend project progress and key stakeholder meetings About YouYou will be a commercially astute Electrical Manager with:Strong leadership experience within an electrical contracting environmentProven track record of managing teams and delivering profitable projectsExperience producing budgets, forecasts and financial reportsSound contractual knowledge xjdpvnf including valuations and final accountsExperience within design & build environments (desirable)NICEIC Qualified Supervisor / Principal Duty Holder capabilityAmbition to grow a division and drive strategic expansion What's On OfferSalary circa 65,000Company electric vehicle (with charging at head office)Company pension scheme24 days holiday plus bank holidaysGenuine opportunity to shape and grow a 3.5m+ divisionIf you are looking for a leadership role where you can truly make your mark and drive growth, we would love to hear from you.
