HGV Class 2 Night Driver

We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.Role:HGV Class 2 NightsShifts:Shifts run across Monday to Sunday (drivers MUST have weekend availability)Hours:Nights- Between 22:00pm- 23:59pm start timesPay Rate:Nights £17.59 PAYE (Overtime £24.14 per hour, after 40 hours)Location:Bury St. Edmunds IP32Job Type:Ongoing/ Permanent options availableThe role: Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units. Handling runs, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork. Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck. Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C). Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation. Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position. Excellent communication skills.
