This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors, gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property transactions, and develop your career in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and acquisitions.Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation such as contracts, leases, licences, and deeds.Conduct property searches, due diligence, and investigations to support transaction progress.Liaise with clients, estate agents, landlords, tenants, and other parties involved in transactions.Monitor and manage deadlines and case progression using case management systems.Draft correspondence and manage communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.Support the team in maintaining compliance with legal regulations and firm policies.Assist in resolving queries raised during the transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely completions.Candidate Requirements:Previous paralegal experience within commercial property law or conveyancing.Strong understanding of commercial property transactions, leases, and related documentation.Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a busy environment.Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.Benefits:Competitive salary, based on experience.Hybrid working options available.Supportive team environment with excellent career development opportunities.Convenient central Bury location with good transport links.
