Quality & Compliance Lead

Job DescriptionJoin Crown Gas & Power as our new Quality & Compliance Lead, where youll drive high standards across our Environmental and Quality Management Systems (EQMS), aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our compliance frameworks in a growing energy company with a strong culture of improvement and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance internal EQMS documentation and proceduresLead internal audits and support external audits and certification processesMonitor and report on legislative compliance (especially within the oil & gas sector)Identify risks and manage non-conformities through to resolutionWork cross-functionally to integrate best practices and deliver staff trainingRespond to quality and environmental questions in tenders and customer interactionsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience managing ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems, ideally in an SMEInternal auditor qualification or equivalent audit experienceStrong attention to detail and a risk-based approach to problem-solvingConfident communicator with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)What we offer:Competitive salary up to 35,000 + 10% annual bonusFlexible working hours (MondayFriday)On-site perks: free parking, gym, canteen, casual dress codePension scheme, employee discounts, wellbeing programmeA collaborative and inclusive company cultureApply today and be part of a business that values quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
